About Virginia LICA: Empowering Contractors
Virginia LICA (Land Improvement Contractors Association)
Virginia LICA represents the people and businesses involved in excavation, grading, drainage, erosion control, site preparation, water management, septic and on-site waste, land clearing, earthmoving, and related contractor services.
Through VA LICA, members have a stronger connection to the people, information, and resources that support their work. Contractors can stay informed on industry issues, take part in Virginia LICA events, connect with other businesses in the field, access member benefits, find education and training opportunities, and stay tied into the larger LICA network while keeping the focus on the work happening here in Virginia.

Winter Convention
February 9 - 13, 2027 Chandler, AZ
The 2027 National LICA Winter Convention will be held at the Gila River Resort at Wild Horse Pass in Chandler, Arizona. Set against the Sonoran Desert, the resort offers a unique blend of modern amenities, and scenic views. Details and registration soon.
